Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order and completing payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
McEastland Media Group LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operating as Song For You, provides a custom music creation service in which we write, produce, and deliver original songs based on personal details submitted by the customer ("you"). Each song is created individually and tailored to the information provided in the order form.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
All orders are placed through our online order form. Payment of $49 USD is required in full at the time of ordering before production begins.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
All prices are listed in US dollars. International customers are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
We aim to deliver all completed songs within 24–48 hours of receiving full payment and a completed order form. Delivery is made by email to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary in exceptional circumstances. We will notify you if a delay is expected. Late delivery does not entitle you to a refund unless we have failed to deliver within 7 calendar days of your order.

Because each song is created specifically for you, all sales are final once production has begun. Production begins upon receipt of full payment and your completed order form.
If you are not satisfied with your song, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
A full refund will be issued only if:
Refunds are not issued for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with the creative interpretation of the submitted details, or failure to provide accurate information in the order form.
The quality and personalization of your song depends on the detail and accuracy of the information you provide. We are not responsible for a song that does not meet expectations due to incomplete or inaccurate information submitted in the order form.
We retain full creative discretion in how we interpret and translate the details you provide into a song. The final song is a creative work and may not match every specific expectation.
Upon full payment and delivery, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the song for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:

Song For You retains ownership of all underlying compositions and recordings. We may use anonymized excerpts of songs in our marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.
The personal information you provide in your order form (including names, relationship details, and personal stories) is used solely for the purpose of creating your song. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process payment (Stripe) and deliver your order (email).
We retain order information for our records. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at hello@songforyoumusic.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
By placing an order you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your order. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that requests content that is:
If a prohibited request is identified after payment, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
Song For You is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or the delivered song. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
We make no guarantees that the song will produce any particular emotional response or outcome.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
